Service policy
At Wash & Go Mobile Detailing, we take pride in delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. To ensure clarity and fairness for all of our valued clients, we kindly ask that you review our service policies before booking an appointment.
Appointments & Bookings
All services must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or through our social media platforms. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details and service location information so that our team can arrive fully prepared. A reminder notification will be sent prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm your booking.
Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring safe and reliable transactions. We accept debit cards, credit cards, and mobile payment options. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, full payment is due upon completion of service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At Wash & Go Mobile Detailing, we understand that plans may change. To respect both your time and ours, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
If you cancel before the 24-hour mark, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel after 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $20 cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers lost time and preparation, as appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you.
Customers are welcome to reschedule once without penalty, provided the change is communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment. We aim to be fair and flexible, but repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver excellent results on every vehicle. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
While we use professional-grade products and techniques, please note that we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or paint imperfections. Our goal is always to achieve the best possible results for each vehicle.
Vehicle Condition & Liability
For the safety and efficiency of our team, please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service. Wash & Go Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Customers must inform us of any known damages, issues, or concerns with their vehicle prior to service. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the paint, trim, glass, interior, or mechanical condition of the vehicle.
Vehicles in extremely poor condition (such as those with heavy pet hair, mold, excessive garbage, or fragile interior/exterior surfaces) may incur additional charges or require extra time for completion.
Weather Policy
Because we provide mobile detailing, certain weather conditions may prevent us from completing your service safely and effectively. In the event of severe weather, appointments may need to be rescheduled. We will notify you as early as possible if weather conditions require a change to your scheduled service.
